The sculptural Implements Series #1 is a body of work that embraces a more whimsical and playful direction, yet is inspired by the tools and talents of the craftsman and women who have come before me. These works, made from locally grown walnut and white oak, use traditional joinery, the mortise and tenon. The finish is four hand-applied coats of a sweet and durable oil/urethane.

These pieces are all designed and made in my studio in Mathias, WV, and are offered for sale as single pieces or as sets. They can be shipped anywhere or purchased at my studio.
